About the Role

The Senior Frontend Developer is responsible for designing and building robust, maintainable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, making sound technical decisions to ensure long-term quality and scalability. This role takes end-to-end ownership of the user interfaces customers rely on — from implementation through continuous improvement — while defining and evolving frontend testing practices to ensure reliability and measurable outcomes. The Senior Frontend Developer collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and product teams, raising the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and shaping frontend standards as part of a fully remote, diverse team building an LLM-powered web application that transforms unstructured documents into structured data.


Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

  • Design and build robust, scalable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript with long-term quality and maintainability in mind
  • Take end-to-end ownership of UI features — from initial implementation through continuous improvement
  • Define, maintain, and improve frontend testing practices to ensure reliable, measurable releases
  • Actively participate in architectural and technical discussions, driving alignment in complex or ambiguous problem spaces
  • Review code with a quality-first, mentoring mindset, helping shape frontend standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, architects, and product teams to translate business needs into well-designed frontend solutions

Role Essentials — Required Skills

  • Strong, hands-on experience building frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
  • Experience with test automation and frontend testing strategies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience mentoring others through code reviews and technical guidance
  • Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment (B2+)

Pay Transparency

Poland: 17,300 – 25,400 PLN gross per month Italy: €45,500 – €51,500 per year

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Experience with continuous software delivery
  • Significant experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience working in Windows/Linux development environment, working with open source tools/platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with build environments and delivery pipelines
  • Experience with test automation and continuous integration tools
  • Experience in software application testing tools, methodologies, and process framework
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
